Educational Qualification for AAI Recruitment 2025:
Junior Executive (Fire Services):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering/ Fire Engineering
Junior Executive (Human Resources):
- Graduate and MBA or equivalent (2 years’ duration) with specialization in Labour Welfare/HRM/ HRD/PM&IR.
Junior Executive (Official Language):
- Post-Graduation (PG) in Hindi or in English with English or Hindi respectively as a Subject at Degree Level or PG in any other subject with English and Hindi as compulsory/elective subject at Degree Level.
- Experience of 2 years in Translation relating to Glossary and from Hindi to English and English to Hindi preferably of Technical or Scientific literature.
Note: Only candidates who are domiciled in Jharkhand, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Sikkim, West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha and Chhattisgarh States can apply for the above posts.

Age Limit (as on 18 March 2025): for AAI Recruitment 2025:
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
Age Relaxation:
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC Category and 3 years for OBC applicants. Vacancies reserved for OBC category are meant for candidates belonging to ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ as per the guidelines of Government of India on the subject.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by ten years for PwBD category applicants where post is identified suitable for relevant category of disability, supported by the Certificate of Disability issued on or before 18 March 2025 by the Competent Authority.
- For Ex-Serviceman, age relaxation is applicable as prescribed by Government of India orders issued from time to time.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by maximum ten years for applicants who are in regular service of Airports Authority of India (AAI) and have completed their probation on initial appointment.
Salary for AAI Recruitment 2025:
- Junior Executive: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- per month
Selection Process:
- On the basis of the details furnished in online application form, provisionally eligible applicants shall be called for CBT and admit cards shall be issued to them accordingly.
- There will not be any negative marking for wrong answer attempted by the candidates in CBT.
- Computer Based Test (CBT) will be followed by Subsequent Tests/Application Verification as applicable for the posts
- For the post Junior Executive (Fire Services), Application Verification will be followed by PMT, Driving Test and PET which includes Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Running, Casualty Carrying (Lifting & carrying sandbag) and Full Ladder Climbing & Descending.
- Only those applicants who qualify for the aforesaid tests will be considered eligible for the selection process.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for Application verification / PMT/ Driving Test/ PET, as applicable for the post.
- Computer Based Test (CBT) will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi, except test of language.
