Educational Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2025:
Trainee Engineer – I/Project Engineer – I:
- 4 Years BE/B.Tech course with Pass Class from reputed University / Institute in the following Engineering Branches:
- Mechanical – Mechanical Engineering
- Civil – Civil Engineering
- Electrical – Electrical Engineering
- Electronics – Telecommunication/ Communication/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication
Post Qualification Experience:
Project Engineer/Office:
- Two years relevant post-qualification experience.
- Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered.
- The decision of the selection committee, with respect to relevant of experience will be final.
Duration:
- Trainee Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of 2 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 3 years based on Project requirement and individual’s performance.
- Project Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 4 years based on Project requirement and individual’s performance.

Salary:
Project Engineer – I:
- 1st Year: Rs. 40,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: Rs. 45,000/- per month
- 3rd Year: Rs. 50,000/- per month
- 4th Year : Rs. 55,000/- per month
Trainee Engineer – I:
- 1st Year: Rs. 30,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: Rs. 35,000/- per month
- 3rd Year: Rs. 40,000/- per month
Selection Process:
- Selection will be through a written exam followed by interview of only those candidates who qualify the written exam in the ration of 1:5 in order of merit list.
- Selection will be through a written exam in order of merit list.
- The dates of the selections, venue and timing will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through e-mail ID only. BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of any emails due to invalid e-mail IDs provided by the candidates in the BEL online application form.

- Candidates belonging to PwBD, ST and SC categories are exempted from payment of application fees.
