Multi Tasing Staff (MTS):
- 10th plus minimum 1 year duration Course completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI approved by SCVT/NCVT with not less than 60 percentage marks in ITI.
Executive:
Electrical:
- Three years Diploma in Electrical / Electronics /Applied Electronics / Digital Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics /Electronics & Control Systems/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Supply/ Instrumental & Control / Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation from a recognized Institute/ University with not less than 60 percentage marks.
Civil:
- 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Civil Engineering (Public Health)/ Civil Engineering (Water Resource)/ Civil Engineering (Transportation)/ Civil Engineering (Construction Technology)/ from a recognized Institute/University with not less than 60 percentage marks.
Signal and Telecommunication:

Selection Process for DFCCIL Recruitment 2025:
- There shall be 2-stage Computer Based Test (1st Stage CBT and 2nd Stage CBT) for all posts.
- CBT 1 will consist of 100 MCQ Type Questions of 01 mark each and the Exam duration will be 1 hour 30 minutes (2 Hours for eligible PwBD candidates with Scribe).
- CBT 2 will consist of 120 MCQ Type Questions of 01 mark each and the Exam duration will be 2 Hours (2 Hours 40 Minutes for eligible PwBD candidates with Scribe).
