Educational Qualification for Union Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2025:
- Graduation pass from a recognized Institute/University.
- Candidates must have completed and have a passing certificate for their graduation on or after 01 April 2021.
Knowledge and Test of Local Language:
- The applicants applying for trainee seats of a particular state, should be proficient (speaking, reading, writing and understanding) in any one of the local languages of that state’s.
- Selected applicants will have to produce their 10th/12th certificate & marksheet evidencing having studied the specified local language. Inability to produce certificate & marksheet evidencing knowledge of language will then require to give a test of local language during their Document Verification & Personal Interaction. If candidate found not proficient in reading, speaking, writing and understanding of local language of state applied for, will not allowed to engage as an Graduate Apprentice.
Duration of Training:
- The duration of training is of 1 year. The graduate apprentice shall be imparted On Job Training on different aspects of banking products, practices and processes.

- Minimum Age Limit: 20 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years
Age Relaxation:
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) – 10 Years
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) – 5 years

Stipend:
- The graduate apprentices are eligible for stipend of Rs. 15000/- pm for the engagement period of 1 year. The graduate apprentices are not eligible for any other benefits/allowances.
